Swimmin' in San Antonio
The kids hade some quick swimming fun when we got to San Antonio today. They were so excited that they could see Poppy and that he was able to be there with them! My dad was "paroled" from the hospital since his counts are doing so well and just has to go back for blood work twice a day to make sure everything is still improving. We are so thankful for his continued improvement and his health!!

Boy Fun
It seems like everytime I have turned around this past week Rylen is following Christian or trying to copy him exaclty. It has been so fun to watch them. Especially since they remind me of Joshua and Codey when they were their ages. Well, Thursday was no exception. This was one of the many times I found them together. They were having so much fun in the wheelbarrow. They were carrying on a conversation and just talking things over. I must have watched them for 15 minutes before I caught some quick pictures. These two are truly a blessing!!

First Swim
This week after Joshua and Codey finished their lifeguard class we went swimming. So, needless to say, we were there a lot this week! The kids had a blast and were kinda upset that I didn't let them stay Friday for yet another day of swimming. I managed to snap a few shots during the week while they were swirling around. Here they are randomly...

Lifeguards in Training
Watch out Huntsville...Here are two of your future lifeguards...

Joshua and Codey took a Junior Lifeguard Training class this week and are now officially "Junior Lifeguards". That title doesn't really get them anything, except free swimming right after the class was over, and that was good enough for them, and me. They really taught them a lot though, just as if they were training to be certified lifeguards. They learned how to save someone in different scenarios, how to give first aid and CPR, and all about the pool and different parts of the equipment. When it was over they were given their own "official" guard t-shirt and lanyard with an "official" lifeguard whistle. They had tons of fun and learned tons. That combination doesn't happen often so it must have been good!! I didn't get many pictures but here are a few...

Garden Find
This is the latest "big" find from our garden. I really overlooked it for many days! Codey measured it and I didn't believe it when he told me so I measured again just to be sure. He was right! This zuchinni measured in at 14 1/4 inches long and 12 inches around! Codey says we should call Guiness and see what the record is for a zuchinni grown in a home garden. He thinks we might have the new record...What do you think?

Stem Cell Transplant
My dad had his stem cell transplant on May 29. It took 40 minutes to transplant 2 million stem cells from this machine into him. Thanks for all of your prayers and please continue to pray! You can check out his progress at www.caringbridge.com/visit/owmeeks.
