Christian has been wanting to run a 5k for a long time now and the older kids have been wanting to do a Color Run so we combined the two. We thought is would be a fun 5k so we started training, then stopped, then started again, then stopped. The time got busy and we thought we wouldn't go and then at the last minute we decided to go anyway. We woke up at 4:00 am and drove to Austin for our first Color Run!!

Joshua strategically did a before and after shot. He and Brogan ran the entire race in less than 30 minutes. The rest of us walked it in about an hour.
It was a great day at our first color run! The kids are already talking about doing another one :)
